The modern and comfortable room in the new part of the building, along with the large ensuite bathroom, provided a luxurious retreat. The staff's attentiveness and Julie's exceptional service added a personal touch to our experience. Although the pool could have been warmer, the terrace restaurant's exceptional food and the peaceful setting of the hotel made up for it. Being just a couple of miles outside Sarlat in a quiet suburban neighborhood, the hotel's park-like setting in an old chateau-style farm added to its charm. Easy access to town and ample parking were convenient perks. We especially enjoyed the delicious meal at the restaurant, which stood out as the best during our holiday in France. The 12-meter-long swimming pool was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.La Hoirie offers a peaceful base to discover Sarlat's old town, with its impressive gastronomic heritage and cultural sites. The blend of modern amenities with a touch of history creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I would recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway with family or as a couple. A true gem in the heart of the Périgord Noir region.
